The service

WDM is a download manager for Windows, macOS and Linux. Using the software requires a free 14-day trial and then a yearly license.

Free trial

The trial starts the first time you launch WDM on your computer and lasts 14 days, with every feature. It is granted once per computer. No payment method is asked.

License and subscription

The license is valid for one year from payment and works on up to 2 devices, which you can change from your account. It never renews automatically: we warn you before the end and you decide whether to renew. A license is personal and may not be resold.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the site before payment. Payments are handled by third-party providers (card, Mobile Money, PayPal…). An invoice is issued for each payment.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment, without having to justify it, through the Contact page. The license is then deactivated.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you download and must respect applicable laws and third-party rights. You may not bypass or modify the licensing system, share a key beyond the device limit, or use WDM to harm services.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and the software reliable, without being able to guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

Termination

We may suspend a license in case of fraud or breach of these terms. You may stop using WDM at any time.
